Michele, the Community Program Coordinator, dropped by this morning with a bag of useful pamphlets about local area, such as local library, shopping centers, sports facilities, medical centers, bus information etc. There is also some nice small gifts, a picnic rug, free pass to local sports center etc.
She also said another sports center, near the current display villages, will also open within 6 months time. There will be basketball courts, tennis courts etc. All look pretty good!
Hi Hao, looks like you've had great progress on the house so far! Congratulations!! Would you have Michelle's contact details? We didn't receive a pack like this.. were we supposed to tell them?

ReplyDeleteMichele's contact is in fact Landcom's sales office number. But normally you won't have to contact her. Once she has found out that you've moved in - car on the driveway, window coverings fitted, garbage bins etc, she'll come and find you!
But yeah if she did miss you, give her a ring! Good luck and enjoy your new home too!
